BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership Board currently consists of thirteen members. Four of the Board members are appointed by the Town and at least one appointment is a downtown property owner and one is a downtown business owner. Two are appointed by the University of North Carolina. These six members serve staggered, three-year terms. Additionally, three members are chosen by the other board members and serve one-year, two-year, and three-year terms. There are four non-voting liaision members; including both a graduate and undergraduate student from UNC.
