Party for Preservation
Tour two beautifully preserved architectural gems, the Arthur C. Nash House and the Carolina Inn.
The afternoon will begin with a wine reception and tour of the Arthur C. Nash House at 124 South Boundary Street. Nash was a prominent architect who designed many of the buildings at UNC-Chapel Hill, including Spencer Hall, the Louis Round Wilson Special Collections Library, Kenan Stadium and its Field House, and Memorial Hall. The house is now owned by Jennifer and Victor Chen, who invite you to tour the recently restored home.
After touring the home, come to the Nash-designed Carolina Inn for afternoon tea. Relax with a cup of seasonal tea and enjoy pastries and tea sandwiches while touring the Inn's most notable architectural features.
