The Twelve Days of Christmas at The Carolina Inn

The Carolina Inn's month-long series of holiday events is a must-see stop for everyone this season. Festive decorations and family-friendly events based on the holiday song, "The Twelve Days of Christmas" set the tone for the entire holiday season. The Carolina Inn encourages folks to just stop by and do a self-guided tour of the decorations. HINT: This is a well-known local spot to take kids for impromptu holiday pictures! The decorations are really stunning and timeless. 

Some new activities this year include 1st Annual CakeWalk benefitting TABLE Inc., Horse Drawn Carriage Rides, Holiday Entertaining with Executive Chef Jimmy Reale and Lords A’Leaping luncheon with the new voice of the Tar Heels Jones Angell. Many old favorites  are the 9th Annual Gingerbread Village Display and Competition, Breakfast and Brunch with Santa, Community Open House, Teddy Bear Tea, Holiday Afternoon Tea, walking tour with the Inn’s historian Ken Zogry and children’s etiquette luncheon with author Cecilia Budd Grimes.
