The UNC Men's basketball team plays Boston College on Saturday, January 7 at 2:30PM in the Dean Dome and the Women's basketball team takes on the Maryland Terrapins on Sunday, January 8 at 1PM in Carmichael Arena. Visit

Stand-Up Comedy at The Thrill
Professional stand-up comedian Ryan Dalton, who appeared on the third season of Comedy Central's Live at Gotham, is coming to The Thrill on Friday, January 6 at 8PM for the 3rd installment of Funny Business's Live Comedy Series. A recent winner of the 2011 World Series of Comedy Festival in Las Vegas,  Dalton is quickly building his name in the comedy industry. Discussion group for the book of same name, about environmental movements and ecological activism/resistance. Trans Discussion Group on Wednesday, January 11 at 8PM. Co-hosted by the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition this bi-monthly support/discussion group is for people who identify as trans, genderqueer, or gender-questioning.
