Traffic lanes will be closed on Franklin Street to allow a signal upgrade at the intersection of Franklin and Mallette streets. The lane closures will take place between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, starting Monday, July 16. The work is expected to be completed by July 30.
Motorists, please use caution when driving in this area. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected.
Lanes will be closed at the pedestrian crossing at McDonald's at 409 W. Franklin St. due to a signal upgrade/mast arm pole installation during the same time period between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The work is expected to be completed in about seven days. Pedestrian detour routes will be provided.
