Jammin' Baby Classes at Kidzu
Led by Erica Berry on Tuesday, September 23 at 9AM, this Music Together class focuses on children and their grownups joyfully sharing songs, rhymes, movement, and instrument play, both in music class and in their daily lives. PlayMakers Season Kicks-Off

PlayMakers Repertory Company kicks off its new main-stage season Sept. 19-Oct. 7 with John Logan's Tony Award-winning play "Red." The play goes into the studio of Mark Rothko, pioneer of abstract expressionism, and into the mind of an artist wrestling with the eternal struggle between art and commerce. Voice Box Youth Slam
Sacrificial Poets hosts a youth slam on Friday, September 28 at 7:30PM at Street Scene Teen Center (179 E. Franklin Street). $5 Sacrificial Poets is a spoken word poetry organization that serves middle, high school, and college-aged youth in the Triangle Area of North Carolina. The organization facilitates writing and performance workshops throughout the state and hosts regular youth poetry events.

FRANK IN FOCUS, is a two month-long, town-wide festival of photography.
