Good Friday Walk of the Stations 
A Good Friday walk of the Stations of the Cross around downtown Chapel Hill will highlight Holy Week worship services and activities at University United Methodist Church (150 E. Franklin Street). The walk will begin at 5:30PM on Friday, March 29 at the sundial in front of Morehead Planetarium and will include various stops around
the community. Each station will recall a scripturally-based account of Jesus' suffering on his way to the cross, as well as an account of suffering in the Chapel Hill community, acknowledging our hope for the healing of all wounds. For those unable to walk more than a mile, and for all in case of heavy rain, there will be a similar experience of Stations of the Cross in the UUMC chapel at 5:30 p.m. Childcare will be available at the church. UUMC will also host Holy Thursday worship services at 2 and 7:30 p.m. on March 28 and Easter worship services at 6:30, 9 and 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 31. To learn more, visit  
Energy Talk at Internationalist

The Dirty Energy Road Show is an educational presentation examining the parallels of coal and nuclear issues and connecting them to other form of dirty energy and climate change. It also looks at work being done to transition towards a more sustainable and healthier future. Presented on Friday, March 29 at 6PM at Internationalist Books & Community Center. 

Community Easter Egg Hunt 
Preservation Chapel Hill hosts the 2013 annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30. Participants may arrive at 9:30 to scout out the lawn before the hunt begins at 10:00 for children under 4 on the front lawn and at 10:15 for children 5-7 on the side lawn. Families are encouraged to bring their own baskets for collecting eggs. After the hunt, children may play Bunny Bingo, egg races, sack races, and other games to win prizes. There will also be representatives from the Chapel Hill Fire Department, bee keepers, face painters, Kidzu, and more.
