Molly's Minstrels at FRANK
TODAY-Thursday, June 27 6PM to 8PM - Guest speaker Bonnie Cohen Presents: Molly's Minstrels. Molly Kaplan had a few secrets. As the wife of a terrifying man and known mobster with ties to Al Capone, Molly found her solace in artmaking. Molly's Minstrels are the culmination of a lifetime of creativity. Molly made art out of the found objects in her everyday life. As an outsider artist, creating in secret even in her own home, Molly created her art out of re-purposed objects that were readily available to her. Bonnie Cohen, Molly's granddaughter, will be presenting Molly's work and incredible story at FRANK. www.frankisart.com

Easy Summer Sipping at Crook's!
It's a summertime tradition at Crook's to introduce an array of rosé wines, sparklers & apéritif. One
of the beautiful things about rosé sparklers & apéritifs is that, much like all else in the hot heat of summer, anything goes! Thinking about what to enjoy before or after the meal with either appetizers, small plates or desserts? Try the the Contadi Castaldi, a sparkling brut from Franciacorta, Itay or the Lillet Rosé, a French apéritif. The Franciacorta is well suited for slow-sipping on the patio with the Local NC Cheese Plate, Good Banana Pudding or Mt. Airy Chocolate Soufflé Cake. The Lillet pairs well with the Cracker Plate, Roasted Cauliflower Salad & the Atlantic Beach Pie or any of Bill Smith's seasonal sorbets & sherbets. www.crookscorner.com
