CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Sept. 16, 2013 – Greenbridge Condominiums, Chapel Hill’s newest energy-efficient luxury condos, has announced it now offers financing through Fannie Mae and potential homeowners can qualify for conventional financing with just a 5 percent down payment.
