Valentine's Day Indoor Tailgate
Saturday February 14 at 11 am: Enjoy a winter lunch buffet with TOPO beer and liquor tastings at Top of the Hill's Great Room. Your ticket includes bloody marys and mimosas. (The cash bar will be open as well.) Watch UNC men's basketball take on Pitt on the big screen while the girls get pampered. They'll have Videri chocolate, Chapel Hill Toffee, a Sweetie Pie Jewelry trunk show, flowers, complimentary copies of the brand new issue of Southern Bride & Groom, a Top of the Hill gift basket giveaway and more. Red Carpet Event at Varsity Theatre: Gone with the Wind
February 13, 14, & 15: "Gone with the Wind"; The 1939 historical epic received 10 Academy Awards and is considered one of the greatest and most popular films of all time. $20 admission includes: popcorn & fountain drinks during the movie and an intermission small plates buffet (Catered by Mediterranean Deli). Champagne, wine and beer will also be available for purchase. Tickets available at the box office or by phone during regular hours.  
Ackland Museum's Jour D'Amour 
Saturday, February 14: The Ackland Art Museum celebrates Jour D'Amour; a Valentine's Day celebration of [mostly French] art and community inspired by the exhibit Genius and Grace. Pop-in activities include making handmade cards and a Valentine's-themed scavenger hunt. Studio Saturday Classes include Drawing for Tweens, Drawing in the Galleries, and Art Adventures for kids. Some fees may apply.
