You may know about some of our downtown grants, but today we want to unveil a few new grants to help you assist your downtown business!

Facade Grant

The Downtown Partnership has been offering Facade Grants for many years, but now is a great time to take advantage of this $500 matching grant!  Fund a new sign for your business or any number of any exterior facing design projects.

Paint Grant

This is a new grant to incentivize downtown businesses to tackle small exterior painting projects to keep your business's entrance looking great year round!  While funds are available, we are offering $250 in non-matching grants for the purchase of paint and materials for the exterior of your downtown Chapel Hill business.

Orange County Business Investment Grants

Orange County has just launched an exciting new grant program available to small businesses at two levels!  Small grants of up to $1,500, and large grants of up to $10,000.

Sidewalk Dining Grant

This is a new grant to incentivize downtown restaurants to incorporate sidewalk dining where feasible. There are space requirements to be able to offer sidewalk dining, but with the various streetscape improvements happening downtown right now there are many new opportunities to had this vibrant element to your business!  For a limited time we will be offering $400 non-matching grants to assist with the purchase of tables and chairs for sidewalk dining as well as the cost of procuring the required permits.
