Naturalization Ceremony at UNC
Friday, May 8 at 2 pm: UNC Global, in conjunction with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, will host a naturalization ceremony recognizing nearly 40 of North Carolina's new candidates for U.S. citizenship. The ceremony will take place in the Nelson Mandela auditorium at the FedEx Global Education Center on UNC's campus. The ceremony is free and open to the community! More Info

Aerialist & Hands-on-Art on the Plaza

Friday, May 8 from 6 pm to 9 pm: The 140 West Plaza will be a spectacular sight to see on Friday night as an Elevate Aerialist will be performing throughout the evening on a free-standing lyra. While enjoying the striking performances, you can visit stations throughout the Plaza to create art, including spin art, watercolors, and finger painting. FREE!  /

Congrats Grads!
Congratulations UNC Class of 2015! Downtown Chapel Hill welcomes graduates and their families as they celebrate under Carolina blue skies of course! UNC's main commencement ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 10 at 9 am at Kenan Stadium. No tickets are needed and the public is welcome to attend. Tar Heel Express will be running shuttles to the ceremony from 6:45 am to 12:30 pm.
