CHDP Plan of Work 2016-2018

In the fall of 2015 we began a strategic planning process to develop a Plan of Work that will guide our agency for the next three years. We conducted surveys, held listening sessions, and had many discussions with downtown stakeholders. The results are a Plan of Work that focuses on three areas of economic development; Investment & Attraction, Placemaking, and Business Services.
