What To Do And See Downtown This Week!

Park on the Hill seamlessly with #LotsToLove

Come Downtown and try out new meters, a mobile app, and more parking options.  If your head is still swimming with times and rates, just check out for up-to-date information!

I never want to touch a parking meter again. Is there an app I can use?
Yes, the app is Parkmobile. Download the app to your smartphone to seamlessly pay for parking on the go. You can also get a reminder to feed the meter and add time right from your phone.

When and where is there free parking this summer?
All public parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays in July! This includes all Town-managed on-street parking, parking decks, and surface lots. Parking is also free on the 4th of July.
Parking is easier than ever in Downtown Chapel Hill!
Visit to find out where to park. Or, use our fare-free bus system for your next visit to Franklin Street.
