What to Do and See Downtown This Week!

Mixed Concrete in Downtown Chapel Hill

Mixed Concrete isn't an an upcoming street or sidewalk improvement - after all, we're really a brick community anyway. Instead, Mixed Concrete is the annual student-led art event supporting Habitat for Humanity in Orange County. The UNC student-run fundraising art show raises money, awareness, and support for families with inadequate housing.

Attend the silent auction on Friday, February 22, from 6:00 to 8:00 in TOPO's Great Room to bid on donated art from UNC students, UNC faculty, and local artists from both North and South Carolina. All proceeds from the show will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Orange County.

Pencil in the event on your calendar, and stop by for a cocktail, to bid on the artwork, and help us support affordable housing options for members of our community!
