Rosemary Imagined: Public Input Session

Thursday, November 21 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm: Join downtown business and property owners, community organizations, and residents for the Rosemary Imagined input session at Hargraves Community Center (216 Roberson Street, Chapel Hill). Rosemary Imagined is an innovative community-led planning initiative that will refine our thinking of how Rosemary Street fits into the development and growth of downtown Chapel Hill.  


FREE Notary Public Service

FREE B.A.RS Training  - Be a Responsible Server
Thursday, November 21; 7 pm to 9 pm at 179 E. Franklin Street (Courthouse/Post Office): BARS - Be a Responsible Server Training is offered FREE by the Chapel Hill Police Department for all businesses that serve or sell alcohol to educate employees on alcohol laws, regulations, and responsible business operations. Launch Accepting Applications
Application deadline is Thursday, November 22: The Winter 2014 Accelerator program at Launch is designed to build successful, sustainable start-ups, runs 22 weeks from January 6-June 6, 2014 and kicks off with a three day "accelerator boot camp. Ventures receive personalized access to experts and mentors, broad networking opportunities, office space in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill, and the opportunity to work side by side with other start-ups. Launch partners include the Downtown Partnership, The Town of Chapel Hill, Orange County, UNC, and private donors. Complete information at
