Help us Better Promote Your Downtown Business!
At the Downtown Partnership we work hard to improve our systems of communicating with all of our partners and the general community. One integral piece of work we do for the downtown business community is to inform and celebrate the exciting things happening downtown.

We recently reengineered our Downtown Events Calendar from the ground up to be more informative and interactive. It's a great resource for the public to learn about fabulous performances, art openings, festivals, sales, specials, dining & drink specials and more happening in Downtown Chapel Hill and on UNC's Campus!
If you have something happening at your downtown business or on UNC campus, email partnership@downtownchapelhill.com with "Happening Downtown" in the subject line. In the body of the email please include the following details where relevant:
  • Date, Location, Price, Time (if it's a repeating event, tell us if it happens every week/month)
  • A 2-5 sentence description
  • A picture, or a link to a picture or video
  • A link to where more info can be found. (website, Facebook event, twitter hashtag etc...)
Your submitted materials will be listed on our website and may be highlighted in our weekly marketing email, and our social media channels.

Remember, the more lead time you give us, the better we'll be able to promote your event.

This service is provided free of charge to all downtown Chapel Hill businesses and UNC campus organizations.  If you have further questions feel free to call or email Bobby Funk 919-967-9440 ; bobby@downtownchapelhill.com
