Downtown Imagined: "Community Visions" Plan Updated
The Downtown Partnership and the Town of Chapel Hill have been working together for the past year on Rosemary/Downtown Imagined; the planning process to create a master plan for our downtown. We are now releasing the Community Visions document, the culmination of the community input process, posted online at www.townofchapelhill.org/downtown . We have just begun the analysis phase, and we anticipate that this phase will last until early 2015. Then we will take the Community Visions document and pair it with the data about current conditions; creating the master plan. If you have any questions or comments please contact Meg McGurk, Downtown Partnership, at 919-967-9440 or meg@downtownchapelhill.com.
