The Chapel Hill Police Department, along with North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division, invites all sellers and servers of alcohol to attend B.A.R.S. (Be A Responsible Server) Trainings on:
Monday, October 19
Monday, December 14
Both dates are from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Post Office/Courthouse,
179 East Franklin Street.
The training is FREE and you do not have to register. It is open to all employees, managers, and owners of businesses in Chapel Hill.
The training will familiarize new and veteran employees of ABC outlets with alcohol laws and regulations; specifically covering sales to underage persons, fraudulent identifications, sales to intoxicated persons, and general ABC laws and regulations.
