Halloween Info for Downtown Businesses, Property Owners, Residents
Have Fun! Be safe! Over the last several years Homegrown Halloween has smartly become a more controlled, safer, and yet still enjoyable evening for all; thanks to the efforts of the Town, University and downtown businesses.

Halloween Parking Permits:
The Town is offering permits for employees are available for $5 each, to be used in Wallace Parking Deck only. Employees must arrive between 3:30-5:30 PM that evening; they can leave at any time. Purchase them here.

The Campus & Community Coalition has created at comprehensive guide for businesses that both serve and sell alcohol to understand how to identify fake IDs, preventing sales to intoxicated people, compliance checks, and more. UPDATED INFORMATION 10/23/17:
Businesses should have grease containers emptied prior to Halloween. In particular those that are kept behind businesses located in the North Alley and adjacent to Lot #2 parking lot (corner of Columbia St and Rosemary St).
