Final Draft: W. Rosemary Development Guide

Final Draft Review: West Rosemary St Development Guide
From Town of Chapel Hill Reports:

The Town of Chapel Hill invites the public to view the final draft of the guide that will help shape new development in the West Rosemary Street corridor. The guide was developed through public input.

Why:  To establish a community vision for the corridor that can be used by the Town Council, the neighborhood and the development community when they are considering projects and investments. Please review this video for a visual narration about the project, this video for information about what happened at the first community meeting, and this video for information about what happened at the second community meeting.
