Have Fun! Be safe! Over the last several years Homegrown Halloween has intentionally become a more controlled, safer, and enjoyable evening for all; thanks to the efforts of the Town, University and downtown businesses.  

  • The Police Department has compiled information for business and property owners; road closures, parking restrictions, alley access, tips on how to make your property safer -CLICK HERE.

Halloween Employee Parking Permits:
The Town’s Parking Services is offering discounted parking permits for the evening of Halloween, knowing that businesses have higher than normal staffing needs. The permits are $5 each. Your employees can use them to park in the Wallace Parking Deck and the Rosemary Deck. Permits are valid for the entire day on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
