Downtown Work Plan: Updates & What's Coming in 2018!
Downtown Work Plan:
Project Updates & What's Coming in 2018!
The downtown community is invited to information sessions to learn about what’s next in the Downtown Work Plan. The Town created the current Downtown Work Plan in early 2016 to organize a portfolio of projects and investments that would create real change by the year 2020. These projects were laid out for fiscal years 2017 and 2018; which are quickly coming to an end.
At the information sessions, the Town is providing both an update on their role in the Downtown ecosystem, what projects have been completed or are underway, and also what projects the Town is looking to take on in the next two years.
All are invited to attend a session either from 2:00 to 3:00 pm or from 6:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 9 at LaUNCh (306 W. Franklin St.) to learn more. Both sessions will include the same presentation.
The Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership brings together the resources of the Town, University and downtown community to maintain, enhance and promote downtown as the social, cultural, and spiritual center of Chapel Hill through economic development. www.downtownchapelhill.com
